Every Lédger® Live address has a unique QR code. Use it to receive funds, share your public address, or connect to Web3 apps. No typing, no errors — just scan and verify on your device.
How Lédger® Live QR works: When you select "Receive" in the app,
a QR code is generated for the chosen asset and network. This code encodes your
public address and sometimes additional metadata (like amount or memo).
The sender simply scans it with their wallet app — fast, accurate, and secure.
Web3 dApp connections: Some decentralized apps allow you to pair by scanning a QR from Lédger® Live, enabling secure session signing without exposing your private key. All QR codes are displayed locally and never transmitted to Lédger servers.
Supported assets: QR codes are available for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and 50+ other blockchains. Each asset generates a network-specific QR that ensures compatibility with the sender's wallet.
Mobile & desktop sync: QR codes can be displayed on both desktop and mobile versions of Lédger Live. For mobile, use the built-in camera scanner to read QR codes from other wallets or dApps.
